* Creating and placing a Virtual Tour of your home on PamelaTurner.com and Realtor.com, the largest online database of homes in the nation. This is where MSN, Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, etc. pull all their listings from.
* Creating a customized direct marketing campaign to a targeted database.
We will notify you weekly of traffic to your home and visits to your listing on PamelaTurner.com, Realtor.com, the local MLS.
In-Home Marketing
We will provide:
* A professional presentation packet that separates your home from the competition.

Progress, Price Reviews, and Negotiation

* Show your home by appointment, keep records, and develop a marketing database of prospective buyers.
After Contract
We will:
* Follow-up with you, via the HomeFeedback System, the progress on buyer qualification and loan processing.
* Coordinate appointments for inspectors to meet with you, the buyer, and the contractors.
* Assist you with ANY repairs, cleaning, yard maintenance, deliveries, and movers.

Closing
