HOME is the center from which everything sprouts. The old adage of "Home is Where the Heart Is" rings true for me. I enjoy and relish the freedom owning your own home brings. You can express yourself and explore your creativity, establish your roots and stabilize your family. A nature lover can plant flowers, shrubs or trees. For the handyman-inspired, build a deck, install a pool, paint your walls any color, hang art. Home is your personal space to do as you choose. Home is where we hope to laugh often, love much and live fully to explore our dreams. My desire is to help people find that special house, that personal spot to call HOME; it is my motivation.

Flash-back to January 1997; I began that pursuit and Eleven years later, I am just as dedicated to help people find a Home.

Due to my love of being outdoors and nature, I have a special affinity for the lovely, lively Golf Communities of the Austin & Central Texas Hill country which includes Austin, Lakeway, and the tropical-inspired Resort & Recreational area of Horseshoe Bay. Today's Builders are generally using "Green & Sustainable" materials as we are all becoming more Eco-friendly and conscientious.

Central Texas and the encompassing Real Estate is a big ole' treasure chest of amenities! I have found it to have that familiar sense of belonging, with clusters of neighborhoods that offer a variety of social, indoor and outdoor activities which showcase the often mentioned Texas style friendliness. Add in the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country and you have all the makings of a wonderful place to live and a place to call your Home, it will be a welcome respite from the hectic lifestyles of a thriving city.

Continuing Education classes and keeping up with technology by earning recognized & reputable accredited Designations through advanced training has long been the standard I have set.

In 2004, I applied and was approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach Core and Continuing Education Real Estate classes due my years of service in the Real Estate industry and my New Agent Training programs. I have taught hundreds of new Texas agents "Texas Law of Contracts" as well as accredited "Listing and Selling Agent Procedures".

I served on the Austin Board of Realtors Grievance Committee for 5 years from 1998-2003. Truly, you can depend upon and implicity trust my competence in representing your best interests in your Home purchase.

On a personal note, I have has four fabulous children; Joshua, Samuel, Thomas and Elizabeth. One incredible grandson, Tristan; and two precious dogs; an energetic, obedient yellow lab named Pete and a cute & cuddly Jack Russell named Randy. I have been married to my husband, Tommy, since 1980. Mr. Turner is a highly respected Oil and Gas Drilling Consultant in Texas with over 40 years in the field.
